  • Call us:  Reach our front desk at (225) 273-5995, Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM or Saturday mornings. We'll find a time that works for you.

  • Gather your documents. Bring your child's Medicaid or insurance card, your photo ID, and any shot records you have. That's it.

  • Meet your child's new care team.  We'll get to know your child, review their health history, and answer every question you bring.

  • Done in a clean medical exam room by trained clinical staff
  • Can be scheduled during a well-child visit or as a separate appointment
  • $50 for the first pair, $25 for each additional pair [REDSTICK: confirm pricing]
  • Ear piercing is cosmetic, so Medicaid does not cover it
